Cyagonetic - The Duality Pokémon (DRAGON/STEEL Type)

Marble Entry:
"A superpowered robotic Pokémon powered by the energies of three powerful legendary Pokémon. It is also connected to the powers of the Marble and Obsidian Cores."

Obsidian Entry:
"An artificial Pokémon created with villianous intent. It is powered by three copies of the same energy crystals borne by the legendary dragon Pokémon of ice, thunder and fire."

Granite Entry:
"It is closely connected to the Marble and Obsidian Cores. Exposure to one of these Cores would make this artificial Pokémon gain the powers and abilities of that specific Core."

First Positive, then Negative... NA0 PR3PAR3 T0 FA3C DA C0MBIN3D P0WAH 0F B0TH!!!11!!1 *shot*

Anyway, this is Cyagonetic, a DRAGON/STEEL Type legendary Pokémon which I have made up. The sprites of him shown here are 100% made from scratch. He is the mascot of Pokémon Granite Version (the third game of the Marble/Obsidian series) and is also the third and final member of the Chaos Robot trio which started off with Positychic and Negatidark ([link]).

Like his brother Pokémon, Cyagonetic has the "Overdrive" ability (see Positychic and Negatidark).

He also has form changing abilities similar to Deoxys, Giratina, Arceus, etc. However, unlike other Pokémon that is capable of changing form, Cyagonetic is dependant on having certain Pokémon to be in your party with him. According to the above picture, his forms appear in this specific order:

Standard Forme - The default form of Cyagonetic when a Positychic and a Negatidark are either both in the player's party or when neither of them are in the player's party.

Positive Forme - The form of Cyagonetic when he is exposed to the positive energies of the Marble Core. A Cyagonetic in this form can use the PSYCHIC Type abilities of Positychic. This forme requires the player to have a Positychic in his/her party.

Negative Forme - The form of Cyagonetic when he is exposed to the negative energies of the Obsidian Core. A Cyagonetic in this form can use the DARK Type abilities of Negatidark. This forme requires the player to have a Negatidark in his/her party.

Duality Forme - The ultimate form of Cyagonetic when he is exposed to the energies of both the Marble and Obsidian Cores and was also holding the Granite Core at the same time. A Cyagonetic in this form can use the PSYCHIC and DARK Type abilities of both Positychic and Negatidark, respectively. This form also gives higher base stats to Cyagonetic than he would normally have. This form requires Cyagonetic to hold the item known as the Granite Core and also requires the player to have both a Positychic and a Negatidark in his/her party. This form, along with the Granite Core, is restricted only to the Granite Version and cannot be used in the Marble and Obsidian Versions.

These forms will always retain the DRAGON/STEEL types of Cyagonetic but his abilities will always change between forms, such as having different movesets. He will revert to his Standard Form when placed somewhere outside of the player's party, such as a PC Box or at the Pokémon Daycare.

Cyagonetic also has his own signature move. It is called "Dual-Crusher" and it is a DRAGON Type move. It is a highly damaging move with an effect depending on the form Cyagonetic is currently in. In Standard Forme it has no additional effect. In either Positive or Negative Forme the type of this move also counts as either a PSYCHIC or DARK Type move, respectively. In Duality Forme the type of this move is always ??? Type.

Cyagonetic has no major plot revolving around him in Marble/Obsidian but the Granite Version stated that he too, along with both Positychic and Negatidark, was created by the diabolical Team Chaos. This Pokémon was powered by the same three energy crystals that were placed on each of the bodies of the three Legendary Guardians ([link]), only that these crystals were replicated by the advanced technology used by Team Chaos. Team Chaos have also planned to create the Granite Core, the artificial equivelant of both the Marble and Obsidian Cores which they would hope to use in order to make Cyagonetic, their "Ultimate Creation", become even more powerful and then use him to help them take control of the world.

In the Marble and Obsidian Versions, Cyagonetic (in his Standard Forme) would be encountered at level 70 in the Chaos Vault (the same area where you have faced Positychic and Negatidark before) after you have beaten the Elite Four and become Champion.

In the Granite Version, Cyagonetic (only this time being in his Duality Forme) is encountered earlier at level 50 on board the Chaos Station One-Zero, a new area that is located in space. If already knocked out on board the space station, Cyagonetic will appear once again (in Standard Forme) at the same level in the Chaos Vault after you have beaten the Elite Four and become Champion. (Once caught on board the Chaos Station One-Zero, Cyagonetic will revert back to his Standard Forme.)

Cyagonetic's name originates from the words "Cybernetic" and "Dragon".

Here's some battle music for a possible encounter in the Marble and Obsidian Versions: [link] (NOTE: This music is the same as that of Positychic and Negatidark.)

COPYRIGHT STUFF:
Pokémon belongs to Game Freak and Nintendo.
Cyagonetic is done by myself.

You may freely use these sprites as long as you give credit and that you don't modify them in any way without permission and claim them as your own. Why? Because if you steal these sprites I'll send the Mafia after you. Seriously.
